One with the bottle

Spin the bottle with the fingers in the palm of the hand, stop it. Throw high, above the shoulder, catch with the other hand in your back without looking, trade the way you grab, do the bottle pass to a side to another, play with this. Do the bottle spin in front of your eyes and stop in the back of your hand and remember NEVER LET IT FALL.
